With Dark Horse I have dropped from 2 training sessions a day down to 1.My endurance is rocketing back to where it was and I am way more comfortable working under the barbell. The program loads you up and then gives you a rest day, so I'm not second guessing myself and digging an overtraining hole. I love having the structure to work to and the clearly defined parameters to aim for. ”
